Back from Camp

My babes are home from camp. Sounds like they had a lot of fun. Both Darren and Evan came back tired and tanned.
I’d been praying against Cougars and rattlers. This morning they caught a rattler and one of the guys, Joe, decapitated him and then he went on to give it a live dissection … let’s just call it a biology class.
Evan loved the hiking, swimming, T-shirt painting. He had lots to tell me about.
Ella, who has never been away from her big brother –ever, really missed him. It was so sweet to see them hug today when Ev got home. Emmer was a happy little guy too to have his daddy back. Whew, I got a break this evening too. DADDY TIME!
Boy, have I missed them. But today, I’ve decided I like being apart –because I like reunions so much!
