Praying for Trei’s broken leg

Trei, our two year old nephew (Danni’s son) broke his femur bone yesterday when the shopping cart he was in colapsed on him.

He spent the night in the hospital and went under anesthesia this morning to get a cast put on. thankfully the doctors and staff were very helpful and they were able to put on a cast that is water proof so he can bathe. He was a bit sad to wake up to a cast on his body. But thank God that he does get to go home tonight.

Trei needs our prayers though, and I’m sure Danni will too this week as she cares for him and her baby at home. As she put it, it’s something else to have the energizer bunny in a cast. She said she’s just so thankful for the Lord’s protection and that it wasn’t a worse accident.
