We launch this blog in honor of our baby sister Feli who is !JUST MARRIED! in Albania. -And who had challenged us with Do you know that you are the only couple in ALL of North America that does not have a blog? -And when that didn’t work (we have a “don’t respond to threats” policy she then begged us to Please get a blog so that your little missionary sister in Albania can go the internet cafe & stay in touch with you. When she had convinced us that this was the only way we began to consider it for her sake, and for Michelle (sister, & missionary in Mexico).

We launch in honor of our best friend & sister Amy (aka the oracle), because we could never-ever keep up with her requests for pictures of her “hunnies” (nieces & nephews).

We launch in shadow of Mike, our beloved brother-blogger who has made us smile, laugh, & cry with his wonderful posting.

We launch to give Danni & Duane a break (so they don’t have to keep posting pictures of our kiddos on their blog because you don’t have one Thanks for spurring us on Danni & showing us how.

With all of all our old pals & best FRIENDS in mind who we NEVER write & who love us anyway! (yes, we treat all our friends that way, sorry!)

-Special note to our dear friend who is our one & only friend-and-anti-blogger (that we know of anyway): Sorry man! We’re selling out Hope you’ll still love us. We’ll promise we’ll still make time for all the good stuff… the real stuff, -the LIVING stuff that makes blogging good.

Finally, we launch in honor and pride of our three beautiful children - Evan, Ella and Emmer, -and of our Faith and Family and the beautiful days we spend living in it.
