Small Milestone

I’m celebrating the small stuff these days,

So…

I did my first post-Evie workout today. Yep, a whole 12 minute workout. Massive accomplishment. Ah, feels so good!

I’ve always liked this workout by Cindy. It’s been my partner through 4 postpartums now.

It’s really very realistic in every way, from the exercises and what you’re able to do after-baby, to the length of the workouts. The first one is 12 minutes and it’s possible to start it up to the first week after delivery. It works for me for the first 2 weeks I work out. Then the second one is 16 minutes and that’s good for the next 3 weeks or so. The last one on here is 41 minutes long. That one actually works for me all the time and well past postpartum.

    I like that one too although I never made it to part 3. :(
