Boys will… play with balls and sticks, and they will love dogs

Emmer found a wonderful new friend in Danny, of Tom and Eva. While they were here vacationing with us, not only did we parents enjoy hanging out and chilling, together, but the boys got in some quality play time as well.

They had lots of long and ongoing conversations about balls and dogs. Danny taught Emmer how to say “play ball”. This brought about deep communication between them.

Danny: Play ball!

Emmer: Play ball!

Danny: Ball! Ball!

Emmer: Ball! Ball! Ball!

Danny: My ball! My ball!

Emmer: My ball! My ball!

They also exchanged “woof woof” ’s numerous times.

Then, Emmer also taught Danny a new growl -that I would have no idea how to spell, but I’ll try: Tsssskkgrrr Arrgrrrr

Then they’re conversations got real deep:

Emmer: Tsssskkgrrr Arrgrrrr

Danny: Tsssskkgrrr Arrgrrrr

Emmer: Tsssskkgrrr Arrgrrrr

EM also taught Danny how to laugh while tsking and sneering at the same time.
